• 17 January 2020 50th anniversary of the Su-24 maiden flight

  The Sukhoi Su-24 is supersonic, all-weather attack aircraft with a variable-sweep wing, twin-engines and a side-by-side seating arrangement for its crew of two. Its modernized versions are still in service with the Russian Air Force.

• 17 February 2020 30th anniversary of the maiden flight of the first serial Su-33 carrier-based fighter

  Maiden flight of the first serial Su-27K aircraft was taken on February 20, 1990 by test pilot Igor Votintsev. On August 31, 1998 by decree of the Russian president, the Su-27K was put into service as Su-33.
