Shares of JSC "UAC" are included in the program of Moscow exchange IIM market for increasing liquidity

Moscow, April 29, 2014 – Joint Stock Company "United Aircraft Corporation" (MOEX: UNAC) announces audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2013 in compliance with IFRS.

Moscow, June 19, 2014 – Joint Stock Company "United Aircraft Corporation" (MOEX: UNAC), announces that the Corporation's ordinary shares are included in the program of Innovation and Investment Market of Moscow Exchange (IIM) for increasing liquidity, launched June 16, 2014.

To increase liquidity of IIM’s securities market-making program for 3 months will be provided.

Operations for increasing liquidity of JSC "UAC" shares will be provided by Closed Joint Stock Company “Investment Company FINAM”.

Partnership with the leading Russian broker will allow the Corporation to increase the liquidity of its shares on the main Russian stock exchange and to provide more comfortable conditions of the transactions on the secondary market for traders. In addition, CJSC "FINAM" will provide full and opportune advice, analytical and informational support, aimed at maintaining a high interest in securities of JSC "UAC" by the investment community.
