Moscow, March 17, 2010 – Joint Stock Company “United Aircraft Corporation” [RTS, MICEX: UNAC] announces that the Federal Financial Markets Service canceled the individual code 004D for the share issue on March 2, 2010. The individual code was canceled due to the expiration of 3 months from the date of the state registration of the report on the additional shares placement.
The operation to join the additional share issue 004D to the main UAC`s share issue held by R.O.S.T. Registrar in the register of UAC shareholders on March 16, 2010.
After the completion of the necessary technical procedures all UAC`s share issues will have a single registration number and a stock exchange ticker.
