Moscow, February 19, 2010 – Joint Stock Company “United Aircraft Corporation” [RTS ticker: UNAC; MICEX ticker: UNAC] announces the proxy voting results at the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting held on February 16, 2010.
The shareholders approved the interested-party transactions of the UAC`s additional shares between UAC and the Russian Federation, and between UAC and Vnesheconombank. Total of 97.8 % the UAC shareholders eligible to vote attended the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting.
UAC will place the additional shares with the Russian Federation and Vnesheconombank by March 31, 2010. Share placement price was set at 1.05 roubles per share. The paid in capital of UAC will amount to 174,003,856,388 roubles. Eventually the Russian Federation will hold 80.22 % in the UAC`s capital, Vnesheconombank – 11.49 %, and the private shareholders – 8.29 %.
