Moscow, December 23, 2009 – Joint Stock Company “United Aircraft Corporation” [RTS ticker: UNAC] announces the third coupon payment in the amount of USD 10.0 mln on its loan participation notes (LPN, series 01, ISIN: XS0374128568).
On June 27, 2008, JSC “UAC” successfully placed 2 year loan participation notes raising USD 200 mln. The LPN issue was placed with the coupon interest rate of 10% per annum and the coupon payment period of 6 months.
