Reforming of Compensation and Benefit System

Currently the Corporation started a project to improve compensation and benefit systems of JSC “UAC” member companies. The purposes of this project are to:

• Create a corporate wide motivation system;
• Introduce a unified compensation policy in all UAC’s companies;
• Develop and implement a unified policy in social benefits and guarantees area in all companies of the Corporation (in particular, the project is working to create a corporate mortgage program).
