The Joint Stock Company «United Aircraft Corporation» (UAC) was incorporated according to the Decree #140 “On Joint Stock Company “United Aircraft Corporation” signed by RF President V. Putin on February 20, 2006. UAC was registered on November 20, 2006. The RF Government contributed assets of the largest state-owned Russian aircraft building companies to UAC’s charter capital (according to the Supplement 1 of the Presidential Decree #140 of February 20, 2006).
UAC and its member companies’ priorities include design, manufacture, sales, operation maintenance, guarantee and service maintenance, upgrading, repair and utilization of civil and military aircraft.
UAC’s charter capital was formed by stakes in the following companies:

The size of UAC’s chartered capital was 96.72 billion rubles at the moment of the establishment of the Corporation.
UAC has placed 8,246,603,100 additional non-documentary ordinary shares in denominations of RUR 1 each with the Russian Federation in the person of the Federal Property Management Agency (closed subscription). UAC’s additional shares issue was registered by the Federal Financial Markets Service decision as of March 20, 2008 and was paid for in cash and in aircraft industry companies’ stakes.

In September, 2009, UAC has placed 5,309,734,513 additional non-documentary ordinary shares in denominations of RUR 1 each with the Russian Federation in the person of the Federal Property Management Agency (closed subscription). UAC’s additional shares issue was registered by the Federal Financial Markets Service decision as of September 18, 2008 and was paid in cash worth RUR 6.0bln.
In August, 2009, UAC has placed 6,000,000,000 additional non-documentary ordinary shares in denominations of RUR 1 each with the Russian Federation in the person of the Federal Property Management Agency (closed subscription). UAC’s additional shares issue was registered by the Federal Financial Markets Service decision as of August 18, 2009 and was paid in cash worth RUR 6.3bln.
UAC has placed 15,325,020,492 additional non-documentary ordinary shares in denominations of RUR 1 each with the Russian Federation in the person of the Federal Property Management Agency and the private stakeholders of UAC subsidiaries (closed subscription). UAC’s additional shares issue was registered by the Federal Financial Markets Service decision as of November 19, 2009 and was paid for in aircraft industry companies’ stakes.
