History:
JSC "UAC-TA" was created on August 08, 2008 on the base of JSC “Ilyushin Interstate Aircraft-Building Company”, registred on April 14, 2000, as a result of partial pooling of capitals of JSC “Ilyushin Aviation Complex” and JSC “Voronezh Aircraft Manufacturing Company”.
The aim of UAC-TA is to revive independence of Russia in the area of development and production of transport aircraft; full covering of needs of russian army; promotion of russian transport aircraft to the international markets.
